We have successfully represented our clients in shareholders and directors' disputes, minority protection under s. 181 of the Companies Act 1965 (equivalent to Companies Act 2016), winding up proceedings under s. 466 Companies Act 2016, Injunction to prohibit winding up proceedings, receivership, and liquidation.
CORPORATE & CONVEYANCING
Our Corporate and Conveyancing Department has been handling property management and mortgages for over 20 years and is responsible in drafting various commercial and corporate agreement such as sale and purchase agreement for individual purchasers and housing developers, loan agreement, deed of assignment, mergers and acquisition, joint ventures and other subsidiaries agreement and documentations relating to corporate restructuring, take overs, reconstruction, amalgamation and scheme of arrangement and international joint venture.
DEBT RECOVERY, EXECUTION AND INSOLVENCY
